• Each piece of Catherine Thoms jewelry is hand made upon order. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Styles that are already assembled will ship immediately.

• Free local delivery or pickup available for orders in Tupelo, Mississippi.

• All jewelry is handcrafted and there may be slight variation between duplicated products.

• Shipping via USPS or UPS.

• All items are personally inspected before shipment to make sure you receive your jewelry in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, exchanges may be made within 14 days of your order's arrival. Store credit will be issued which can be used for 6 months. All exchanges must be sent back in original packaging.

• Upon receipt, items will be inspected to ensure that each item is returned in its original condition.
